The modified cavitation model is hooked in the Fluent through the user defined function (UDF) to define the vapor pressure property which plays a role of criterion for cavitation. The fluctuation, frequency and magnitude distribution of the velocity at the outlet of the nozzle are analyzed and compared with the corresponding results obtained by using the original cavitation model. It is observed that the results obtained by the modified model are more consistent with the actual working situation of the nozzle. 摘要

根据自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴内空化效应的机理,提出了一种改进的空化模型,该模型考虑了剪切层中存在的雷诺剪切应力、粘性剪切应力和湍流压力波动对蒸汽压的影响,以提高仿真精度。将修正后的空化模型通过用户自定义函数(UDF)钩入Fluent中,定义汽压特性,汽压特性起到空化判据的作用。分析了喷嘴出口处速度的波动、频率和幅度分布,并与原空化模型的计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,修正后的模型计算结果更符合喷管的实际工作情况。最后,研究了进口压力对空化发生的影响,探讨了空化发生几率与改进空化所考虑的因素之间的关系。
