摘要

本文研究了一种具有8个转子极、非均匀(6+6)定子槽和集中绕组以梯形电流馈电的内嵌式永磁同步电动机,以最大化极磁通,同时保持最小的齿槽转矩。根据经验编制了该方案的尺寸编制程序,并用有限元法对其进行了验证。案例研究设计方案的有限元分析提供了直接的结果:空载和有载时的场分布,空载时的反电动势,齿槽转矩(零电流),负载转矩脉动,磁阻转矩脉动,不同梯形电流形状下的转矩转子角位置特性,不同电流幅值下的转矩转子角位置特性,以及饱和同步电感。由于原型机已经就位,实验工作将很快进行。
