摘要

国际电工委员会、国际智慧社区论坛、维也纳理工大学、中国电子标准化研究院对智慧城市相关评价指标进行了研究。基于利用ICT优化城市基础设施、公共服务、社会管理、环境和产业体系的理念,提出了智慧城市信息化应用与服务的评估模型。在此基础上,提出了标准的评价指标体系和指标选择原则。
