This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative design. The population of this study were permanent and contract employees at the front office of Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous Significance Test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 4.609 with a sig value of 0.017, which means that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect, although not significant. 摘要

本研究旨在实证检验日惹皇后医院领导风格与工作压力对员工绩效的影响。这种类型的研究是带有因果关联设计的定量研究。本研究的研究对象为日惹皇后拉蒂法总医院前厅的正式雇员和合同工。本研究的样本数量为35名受访者。使用的数据分析方法是多元回归分析、T检验(偏)、F检验(同时显著性检验)、决定系数检验(R2)。本研究结果表明,领导风格对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,而工作压力对员工绩效没有影响。F检验的结果得到计算的F值为4.609,sig值为0.017,这意味着自变量具有同时作用,但不显著。R平方值为0.224,这意味着员工绩效受领导风格和工作压力的影响为22.4%,其余77.6%由本研究未检查的其他变量解释。
