A formula car must perform well as to achieve extremely high speed in a really small time frame, and also keep a tab on proper working of all the components which otherwise could be catastrophic. While Mechanical parts have their own safety standards and measures in place, electrical parts and safety designing should follow the stringent rules of FSAE.
