摘要

卵子的选择过程可以通过自然和人工两种方式进行。后者可以通过图像处理来实现。它对鸡蛋的图像进行分割,以获得图像中包含的物体。本研究采用Otsu阈值法对受精卵和不育卵进行鉴定。本研究的重点在于利用图像处理技术设计卵子检测系统模型,获取受精卵和不育卵的信息。鸡蛋检验结果表明,所采用的算法和方法能够区分家禽的可育蛋和不育蛋。
