There are two selection methods, namely administration selection method and management selection method, the selection procedure starts from the selection procedure of the Tanjung Bumi Branch BRI Unit starting from theoretical tests, practice tests, academic interviews, aptitude tests, directors interview tests, and finally health tests. 摘要

摘要本研究的目的是解释BRI丹戎布米分公司所使用的整改方法和程序。根据BRI布米丹戎分公司的情况,对合格员工的理解和特点进行解释。本研究采用定性描述方法。通过访谈和文件收集数据。研究结果显示,丹戎布米分行一带一路单位采用报纸和网络媒体的内部和外部招聘方法,通过在线注册进行注册,招聘程序从员工需要的实地报告开始,然后到主管和人力资源。有两种选择方法,即行政选择方法和管理选择方法,选择程序从丹戎布米分部BRI单位的选择程序开始,从理论测试,实践测试,学术面试,能力倾向测试,主任面试测试,最后是健康测试。合格的员工是指那些能够完成分配的任务并具备技能的员工,他们的特点是纪律严明、有创造性的忠诚、工作效率最高、有专业知识。
