摘要

提出了一种基于全光光子晶体的半加法器,该加法器采用非相位输入的t型波导。输入部分的t形波导作为分束器向输出部分的t形波导提供输入,输出部分的t形波导根据输入相位充当功率合成器。在进位输出部分设计了一个单独的180°移相器,以提供同相输入。结果表明,所提出的结构在求和输出和进位输出时的对比度分别为10.95 dB和4.32 dB,比特率高于1 Tbps。
