This study using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method in this study is the total sampling of all employees in four OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah ) Bukittinggi with a total sample of 145 respondents. The collected data was analysed using SPSS. The finding indicated that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. It was also found that Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic motivation has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. 摘要
本研究的主要目的是测试工作环境、组织支持和内在动机对武吉丁吉的组织承诺的影响。本研究采用多元线性回归分析。本研究的抽样方法是对四个OPD (Perangkat Daerah organisation)的所有员工进行总抽样，共有145名受访者。收集的数据用SPSS进行分析。研究结果表明，工作环境对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。研究还发现，组织支持对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。内在动机对组织承诺有显著负向影响。最后，本研究的结果证实了工作环境、组织支持和内在动机同时影响组织承诺。
