Reviewed and analyzed detail oligopsony algorithms for optimal reception of digital signals on the basis of the specific characteristics of the signal-to-noise conditions. The functional schemes of the basic units of the receiver of rectangular radio pulses are analyzed. An optimal algorithm for detecting-distinguishing signals with noise with random power and single streams of chaotic impulse noise is obtained.
