The filter is a two-stage band-pass filter fabricated with double-side Au film and the central frequency is 220GHz. The electromagnetic modeling, simulation and analysis of the bandpass filter are presented. The influence of the dimension of the Jerusalem cross cell on the transmission characteristics of the band-pass filter is discussed.
