The robust design strategies during the stable manufacturing process can ensure the reliability of the end products. However, if there is the imperfection of the production quality distribution due to assignable causes, only robust design strategies cannot guarantee complete reliability. Therefore, detection techniques for assignable causes are essential to ensure the reliability of the end products. For this reason, the detection technique is suggested in this paper.
