摘要

当前研究的目的是确定服务质量如何通过白沙瓦私营医院的客户忠诚度直接和间接地影响客户的倡导。采用著名的servqual模型对所选医院的服务质量进行分析。验证性因子分析用于检验模型的适应度,然后借助通径分析对假设进行检验。经分析发现,服务质量与顾客拥护的关系被顾客忠诚完全中介。本研究可为医院管理部门的服务质量评价提供参考。此外,目前的研究结果也将有助于获得更多的客户。医院的营销和管理人员会更加注重服务质量,以产生忠诚的客户,最终成为倡导者。
