According to the simulation requirement, a random B-road is generated and used for the vehicle ride comfort simulation. Another program is developed based on FlexPro which is data-processing software, according to the “ Vehicle vibration-Describing method for raid surface irregularity”. Using the program to deal with ride comfort data between simulation and experiment, the result of handling is that the difference between the simulation and experiment is 2.57%.
