摘要

随着科学技术的快速发展,对产品多样化的需求越来越强,产品越来越快。特别是随着塑料制品等轻工业消费品产量的高速增长,模具的形状越来越复杂,对精度的要求也越来越高。数控加工特别是高速切削技术缩短了模具制造周期,提高了模具表面质量,为最大限度地适应市场竞争的需要提供了强有力的保障,同时UG等CAD/CAM软件也是数字化制造时代,实现模具设计制造快速输出满足用户要求的必要工具的性能。基于UG的模具CADCAM系统开发的关键技术及具体实现方法。同时利用文档和数据库技术将企业实际生产的资源,如刀具库、设备库、切削参数库等与UG系统相关的库进行同步管理,实现资源共享,最终实现基于UG的模具CAD/CAM的无缝集成。
