The stochastic nature of wind power output and the imbalance charges such as over estimation cost and under estimation cost due to forecasting errors of wind are taken into account. 摘要

本文利用Bat (BA)算法提出了一种高效可靠的经济负荷调度方法。该问题的目标是在满足运行约束的情况下使发电成本最小化。随着风能日益成为可再生能源,有必要将风能转换系统中的发电机组纳入经济负荷调度问题。考虑了风电输出的随机性,以及由于风电预测误差导致的成本过高和成本过低等不平衡费用。对6机组和15机组热力系统进行了可行性验证,并与粒子群算法进行了比较。
