摘要

视频监控系统是图像处理应用的一个主要研究领域。低分辨率摄像机通常用于监控,因此在物体识别情况下,处理低分辨率摄像机记录的数字图像是一项具有挑战性的任务。提出了一种低成本、低计算量的低分辨率视频中目标和事件的自动识别与跟踪系统。本文提出的视频分析系统采用BGS算法、图像骨架化技术和支持向量机提供了最佳解决方案。实验结果表明,该系统非常适合视频监控的实时应用。
