The research objective was to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes as well as changes in the behavior of students in participating in learning. The implementation of classroom action research took place in 2 cycles, the results of the study showed that in cycle I and cycle II there was an increase, namely the assessment of learning motivation by 27 students (81.82%) and in cycle II as many as 31 students (93.94%), knowledge assessment in the first cycle as many as 26 students (78.78%) and in the second cycle as many as 31 students (93.94%), the skills assessment in the first cycle as many as 25 students (75.76%) and in the second cycle as many as 25 students 30 students (90.91%). 摘要

学生反映废旧工艺品促销策略材料难度大,缺乏学习积极性,学习动机和学习效果低,需要努力提高学生的学习动机和学习效果。研究的目的是确定学生参与学习的动机和学习成果的增加以及行为的变化。课堂行动研究的实施分2个周期进行,研究结果显示,在第1周期和第2周期有增加,即27名学生(81.82%)和第2周期有31名学生(93.94%),知识评估在第1周期有26名学生(78.78%)和第2周期有31名学生(93.94%)。第一周期有25名学生(75.76%),第二周期有25名学生(90.91%)。结论学生学习热情、热情、积极、快乐,学习积极性高,学习成绩提高。
