For the purpose of the research in this paper, network diagram is observed with critical and subcritical paths and the influence of subcritical path on project duration is taken into the consideration. Superposition has been applied in order to define project duration, i.e. getting resulting — superponed path. Used methods are: analytical method — based on Clark's equations and numerical method – Monte Carlo simulation.
