The purpose of this study is to ease the transition from the storyboard to the 3D layout scene while using digital tools. In this paper, we focus mainly on the issue of character posing. Our goal is to set up a new workflow for story boarders, that will let the user create character poses in an expressive way by preserving the artist’s natural drawing gesture.
