Conventional Patch antenna array has been designed on the high resistive ($8\\mathrm{K}\\Omega-\\text{cm}$) silicon substrate having thickness $675\\ \\mu\\mathrm{m}$ with the corporate feed network. Conventional Array designs have been modified into the Micro-Machined antenna array to enhance the performance parameters. The Gain and Bandwidth has been improved with the application of Micro-Machined Antenna Array over the conventional Patch Antenna. In this work 2×1, 4×1 and 2×2 array has been designed.
