摘要

针对战略信息规划(SIP)中的新问题,提出了一种基于战略业务分析(SBA)的改进的SIP方法。提出了战略匹配度(SMD)的计算公式,以确定关键业务和关键信息系统。并提出了动态环境下的关键业务分析与调整流程。因此,SBA方法可以减少IT投资,提高IT规划工作效率。
