Based on the results, we confirmed the hypothesis that adequate working conditions for older employees have a significant positive impact on work engagement of older employees in financial services companies in Slovenia. 摘要

本文的主要目的是确定对斯洛文尼亚金融服务公司的老年员工的工作参与的老年员工适当的工作条件的影响。该研究基于因子分析的实施,我们希望通过该分析将大量变量减少到较少数量的因素。根据这些因素,我们进行了回归分析。基于结果,我们证实了斯洛文尼亚金融服务公司老年员工适当的工作条件对老年员工的工作投入有显著的积极影响的假设。从这个角度来看,金融服务公司应该采取适当的措施来减少工作量,同时为员工的福祉和更好的工作场所绩效做出贡献,这反映在老年员工的工作投入上。
