摘要

提出了一种基于投票技术的串联补偿线路的定向继电保护算法,该算法适用于线路两端均有电容的情况。解决了串联补偿线路中存在的电压反转、电流反转、高阻故障和负载变化等方向继电器问题。选取基于正负序列分量的4个分类器,利用投票技术进行综合,得出最终的决策结果。利用EMTDC/PSCAD对串联补偿线的仿真数据对该算法进行了评价,并对算法的动态性能进行了研究。结果表明,积分法是比较有利的。
