What is an ideal collaboration from an industry perspective? These objectives are at best in tension and at worst in direct conflict. So, what is the common ground? Is it possible to reach a win-win situation? This presentation will seek to answer these questions, to provide examples of "good" and "bad" collaborations and to suggest some lessons learned.
