The study results show that the non-woven fabrics could be prepared by electrospinning technique when the Vs is 10∼40KV, C-SD is 20∼30cm, and the diameter of the fiber electrospun on this condition will be around 0.8∼5.0pm under the solvent of isopropyl alcohol/ water and 50∼200nm under the solvent of N,N'-dimethylacetamide; The diameter of the fiber will be affected mainly by W E , V S during the electrospinning, the diameter of the fiber increased with W E and decreased with V S ; the diameter of the pore in the non-woven fabrics will be influenced greatly by the condition of receiver-plate and decrease with V S . 摘要

采用静电纺丝技术制备了聚乙烯醇(EVOH)无纺布。讨论了纺丝电压(Vs)、毛细管-筛距(C-SD)、水密度(W E)等因素对非织造布纤维直径及其微孔分布的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对非织造布的特征进行了表征。研究结果表明,当电压为10 ~ 40KV, C-SD为20 ~ 30cm时,静电纺丝技术可以制备出无纺布,在异丙醇/水溶剂下,静电纺丝纤维直径约为0.8 ~ 5.0pm,在N,N′-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂下,静电纺丝纤维直径约为50 ~ 200nm;静电纺丝过程中对纤维直径的影响主要是电位差、电位差,电位差越大,电位差越大,电位差越大;非织造布的孔直径受接收板条件的影响较大,随电压的增大而减小。最后在静电纺EVOH无纺布上测试了电晕放电引起的相对表面电位随衰减时间的变化。
