Objectives Assess the levels of Burnout among nurses and nursing assistants of a tertiary hospital; compare the levels of burnout between these two groups and identify the influence of sociodemographic and professional factors in the studied groups. Methods Quantitative, transversal, descriptive and correlational study. Data was collected through a questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential analysis was performed. Results During the pandemic, nurses and nursing assistants presented high levels of personal, work-related and client-related Burnout, mainly due to professional, contextual and personal factors. Conclusion High levels of Burnout were found in nurses and nursing assistants. Institutions should monitor and control burnout levels regularly. Protocols and instruments must be developed to ensure healthcare professionals maintain good levels of mental health. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情给医护人员带来了新的挑战,加剧了医护人员的疲劳和职业倦怠,导致医护人员频频出现职业倦怠。目的了解某三级医院护士及护理员的职业倦怠状况;比较两组的职业倦怠水平,确定社会人口因素和职业因素对研究组的影响。方法定量、横向、描述性、相关性研究。通过问卷调查收集数据。进行描述性和推断性分析。结果大流行期间,护士和护理助理表现出高度的个人、工作相关和客户相关的职业倦怠,主要是由于专业、环境和个人因素。结论护士及护理员存在较高的职业倦怠。机构应定期监测和控制职业倦怠水平。必须制定协议和工具,以确保保健专业人员保持良好的心理健康水平。关键词:倦怠;大流行;护士;职业健康业务助理
