Based on PSAF software, a simulation model of an impact load connected to the distribution network is established, and the bus bar connected to the common point is affected. The paper analyzes and evaluates the harmonic, voltage imbalance and voltage fluctuation of the bus bar, and expounds the influence of large capacity fluctuating load such as electric arc furnace on the power quality of distribution network. The analysis results show that the large capacity impact load easily causes the power quality index of distribution network to exceed the limit. The SVG+FC compensation device is used to compensate, which will lead to the SVG capacity greatly reduced, and the cost and investment of the project are reduced to the greatest extent. Moreover, the fast operation speed of SVG can effectively solve the problems of harmonic filtering and reactive power compensation, which can meet the requirements of all aspects of real-time compensation. 摘要

随着工业的快速发展,大容量冲击负荷,如软启动的大功率水泵、工业电弧炉等,在生产运行过程中造成有功、无功冲击和大量谐波注入,对配电网的电能质量造成严重影响。基于PSAF软件,建立了接入配电网的冲击负荷的仿真模型,并对接入共点的母线进行了影响。对母线的谐波、电压不平衡和电压波动进行了分析和评价,阐述了电弧炉等大容量波动负荷对配电网电能质量的影响。分析结果表明,大容量冲击负荷容易导致配电网电能质量指标超标。采用SVG+FC补偿装置进行补偿,将导致SVG容量大大降低,最大程度地降低项目的成本和投资。此外,SVG快速的运行速度可以有效地解决谐波滤波和无功补偿问题,可以满足实时补偿各方面的要求。补偿后的共点电能质量明显改善,补偿装置的经济性和运行灵活性较好。
