A maneuvering penetration scheme based on detect system is presented and researched. Based on calculation to maneuvering penetration time with Genetic Algorithm, a new type of optimal penetration guidance law is presented. The optimal, earliest and latest maneuvering penetration time calculating optimization models are designed.
