摘要

本文提出了一种利用波形松弛技术进行超大规模集成电路系统电网暂态仿真的快速算法。为了使波形松弛迭代在电网中的快速收敛,提出了新的划分方法和收敛加速器。与直接求解器不同,新方法具有高度并行性,并产生显著的加速。数值算例验证了该方法的有效性和有效性。
