We apply the concept of Place in a multi-agent framework for supporting informal city-wide mobile learning activities. By taking input from the theoretical framework for analysing collaborative learning activities, we adopt the structure and organization of multi-gent framework. The functionality and components of the system are defined in light of the theoretical work.
