摘要:本文对21例肛肠发育不全(19例)和巨结肠(2例)术后肛门失禁的儿童进行了自由自体膀胱移植(FAMT)，其手术年龄一般为10-14岁。其中10例患儿的ofFAMT结果非常好，几乎正常。术后“社会满意”9例，其余2例效果较差，控制性无改善或几乎无改善。
