摘要

生产过程的改进越来越多地需要使用统计过程控制。公司明白,通过减少系统的变化,质量将得到改善,竞争力也将增加。仅根据规格生产零件并不重要,重要的是工艺的输出在某些极限之间,称为规格极限。本文以木材生产行业为例进行了研究。模拟是用Minitab软件完成的,但也可以用其他类似的软件来完成。
