摘要

近年来,由于VR技术和智能制造的普及,虚拟装配引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。本文将虚拟装配技术应用于教学。针对机器人零件装配耗时长、操作过程难以实现系统化、自动化的问题,设计了一种基于虚拟现实技术和沉浸式体验设备的机器人零件装配培训系统,并成功输出到实际设备中。目的是实现装配训练过程的系统化和自动化,使学生更快地了解机器人部件的装配方法,调动学生的实践和创新热情。
