What Is Needed for Teamworking in the 21st Century
How teamworking would play an important role in the 21st century and what are needed to realize it are discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that for teamworking in the 21st century, the identification and coordination of a strategic goal between different people with different background are the prerequisite for realizing true collaboration.
