Using the analysis of the rectifier's operating modes, each switching device can be selected by considering switch stresses. In addition, a simple and intuitive frequency detection method for a single-phase SRF-PLL is proposed using fast period detector and FIR filter to improve the tracking dynamics of PLL under fundamental frequency variations. 摘要

提出了一种用于380V直流配电系统的单相双向交直流升压整流器,以控制双向潮流,提高系统的功率转换效率。为了减少采用单极开关方法的全桥AC-DC整流器的开关损耗,开关器件采用了igbt、mosfet和SiC二极管。通过对整流器工作模式的分析,可以根据开关应力来选择开关器件。此外,提出了一种简单直观的单相SRF-PLL频率检测方法,利用快速周期检测器和FIR滤波器改善锁相环在基频变化下的跟踪动态。实验结果将用一个5kw的原型整流器验证所提出方法的性能。
