摘要

针对前列腺核与核仁没有明显边界的特点,提出了一种基于图像整体信息的快速水平集提取前列腺核核仁的方法。我们首先对三维彩色前列腺图像进行预处理,使核仁(目标)与周围环境(背景)最大程度地区分。其次,采用水平集方法分离出核仁和细胞核。该方法将图像的边缘信息和区域信息结合起来,每次迭代只考虑在零水平集函数附近的像素信息。这样不仅不需要重新初始化水平集函数,而且对边缘模糊的图像也有一定的分割能力。同时,该方法还可以提高计算速度。
