This paper based on the HF radar work principle and used radar cross section(RCS) to evaluate interference level. Take the actual HF radar work band (3–30MHz) to study, according to Hallen method to establish wire model of RCS calculating and used the MoM to calculate the wind turbine far-field scattered field. Then established the wind turbine model at different yaw angel and rotation angel and calculated the wind turbine RCS, finally got the interference characteristics of wind turbine. The results show that wind turbine RCS could be the evaluation parameters to evaluate interference level. The wind turbine RCS changed huge at different yaw angel and rotation angel.
