摘要

将风力涡轮机放置在雷达系统附近,会严重影响雷达的定位和跟踪性能。本文根据高频雷达的工作原理,利用雷达截面(RCS)来评估干扰水平。以实际高频雷达工作频段(3-30MHz)为研究对象,根据Hallen法建立了RCS计算的导线模型,并利用MoM计算了风电机组远场散射场。然后建立了不同偏航角和旋转角下的风力机模型,计算了风力机的RCS,最终得到了风力机的干扰特性。结果表明,风力机RCS可作为评价干扰程度的评价参数。在不同的偏航角和旋转角下,风力机RCS变化很大。当高频雷达频率为30MHz时,最大干扰为51.01dBm2。
