An exhaustive research has also been executed on this field for further improvement. In this article, modification of a stimulating technique entitled as Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) has been executed “bubble-net” confronting process. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm numerous benchmark functions has been considered. Finally, proposed Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm (IWOA) has been applied on UMTS technique. 摘要
