在科目上取得成功是衡量学习过程是否成功的一个组成部分,除了取得学业成就外,对学生性格的成长和发展也有重大影响。因此,通过激励学生是一种形式的鼓励,来自外部的个人或来自内部的个人来影响学生参与学习活动的每一个活动。基于出现的现象,仍然有很多学生上课没有效果,因此获得的价值仍然低于标准。这就需要创新学习方式的形式,使课堂学习不再单调。努力,动力,结果
