摘要

电力电子变换器中的直流电容器是制约其功率密度和可靠性提高的主要因素。本文根据测试电容器的退化数据,在不同置信水平下分析了元件的寿命模型。然后,对在备用模式和工作模式下工作的燃料电池备用电源变换器中单个电容器和电容器组的寿命进行了基于任务剖面的估计。得到了不同置信水平下电容器组寿命的预测结果。
