Most teachers meet both professional qualifications and additional requirements in English ​​and Information Technology, but their ability to use and apply these skills in the teaching is limited. 摘要

技术与职业教育与培训(TVET)在越南教育的结构和理念中起着至关重要的作用,为培养具有实践知识和技术技能的人力资源做出了重大贡献,这与国家经济发展的政策取向非常吻合。在将管理移交给劳动、荣军部和社会事务部之后,TVET目前有了一个相对坚实的法律框架和初步稳定的发展。然而,职业技术教育教师的素质仍然没有达到预期的水平。本研究通过个案研究,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,认为我国技职教师数量虽多,但素质仍不高。大多数教师在英语和信息技术方面既符合专业资格,又符合附加要求,但他们在教学中使用和应用这些技能的能力有限。调查还显示,职业技术培训机构在管理教师方面做得更好,而不是为教师吸引和提供必要的专业发展。
