摘要

本课题从实际工程出发,设计了一套基于海参质量等级的自动分选设备。参考现有的各种食品电子称重式分选机,研究海参加工称重分选机的新形式,摒弃了PC控制成本高和单片机控制易受干扰的缺点,采用PLC控制系统,有效地提高了分选效率和分选精度。设计了基于LabVIEW软件的人机交互系统。通过构造样机试验,结果表明该设计能够满足海参重分选的生产要求。
