This paper proposes a standalone embedded PID controller with enhanced features using an Arduino which is capable to be used for any small scale processes replacing the need of a PLC The Arduino UNO is set up in such a way that it can support plug and play functionality. The designed controller has seven variants of control schemes namely P, PI, PI with Anti-reset windup, PID, PID with anti-reset windup, Process Variable – derivative (PV-d), PV-d with anti-reset windup controllers. The real time validation of proposed closed loop control schemes is demonstrated using a series RLC circuit and the results of all variants of controller reveal that the design can achieve proper and effective control. 摘要

大多数工业过程采用传统的比例积分导数控制器。为了跟上自动化的发展趋势,采用数字控制器技术,采用低成本的单片机,根据用户的要求控制各种过程。本文提出了一个独立的嵌入式PID控制器,具有增强的功能,使用Arduino,能够用于任何小规模的过程,取代PLC的需要。Arduino UNO以这样的方式设置,它可以支持即插即用功能。所设计的控制器有7种控制方案,即P、PI、PI带防复位绕组、PID、PID带防复位绕组、过程变量导数(PV-d)、PV-d带防复位绕组控制器。采用串联RLC电路对所提出的闭环控制方案进行了实时验证,各种控制器的结果表明,所设计的闭环控制方案能够实现合理有效的控制。本设计具有功耗低、结构简单、安装方便等优点。
