The descriptions of several successfully accomplished VE projects during the past few years, by the author and her peers from several foreign HE institutions, are given. Three Information Technology (IT) tools for virtual exchange, i.e. Trello, Slack and Flipgrid are presented, with focus on their purpose and usability.
