摘要

本文主要研究基于电动汽车智能网联平台(以下简称IOV)的支付清算结算系统。本文首先简要介绍了车联网支付清算结算平台的现状及存在的问题。其次,建立了基于智能车联网的支付清算结算平台的基本框架,包括总体架构和业务模式;第三,探索基于车联网平台支持多渠道统一支付、多方/多层次快速结算的支付模式,完成支付、清算、结算流程的业务流程设计。最后介绍了基于智能车联网的支付清算结算平台的应用、试点和推广情况,为今后系统的建设提供参考。
