The hygienic regulatory documents of the levels of the electromagnetic field of different countries were studied. It is concluded that some quantities need to be revised. An experiment was conducted in which, using a Narda measuring device, the values of the electric field from a sample of cell phones were determined. Experimental data on the electric field strength level of cell phones were obtained for 3G and 4G communication standards.
