The organization is rewarded with establishing a reputation of delivering high quality products and services that create opportunities for future growth and sustainment. This paper recommends the application of the model of transformational leadership as a solution for engineering leaders. Case studies are included that provide exampIes of how transformational leadership can benefit engineers.
