摘要

设计了真空清扫机器人本体及控制系统。首先,利用Pro/E软件建立了运动机构、传动机构和执行机构模型;零部件进行强度校核,保证机构的安全。然后设计了基于DSPTMS320LF2812芯片的控制电路,包括电源模块、电机驱动模块等组成部分。通过调节PWM信号的占空比来调节电机转速,并在CCS环境下进行调试。最后通过硬件仿真验证了电路和程序的可靠性。
