The results obtained from microalgae (N.oculata, T.chuii, C.calcitrans) are better grown on BBM media while microlaga D.salina grows well on BBM modification of sea water. Microalgae biomass is extracted by maceration method in hexane and methanol solvents. Test bacteria used gram positive (Staphylococcus aureus) and gram negative (Escherichia coli). Inhibitory zone diameter results were compared with antimicrobial sensitivity tests according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). 摘要

摘要本实验研究了微藻(Dunaliella salina, Nannochloropsis oculata, Tetrasel mis chuii和Chaetoceros calcitrans)在不同培养基,即Bold的基础培养基(BBM)和BBM改性海水中的生长特性。微藻(N.oculata, T.chuii, C.calcitrans)在BBM培养基上生长较好,而盐藻(microlaga D.salina)在BBM改性海水上生长较好。采用浸渍法在己烷和甲醇溶剂中提取微藻生物量。试验细菌采用革兰氏阳性(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性(大肠杆菌)。根据美国临床与实验室标准协会(CLSI)的规定,将抑菌带直径结果与抗菌药物敏感性试验结果进行比较。从微藻己烷和甲醇提取物(d.p alina, n.c ocata, t.c uii, c.c calcitrans)的抑菌活性试验结果表明,该提取物对细菌生长的抑制作用不太敏感。关键词:微藻;培养基;抗菌
